Shopping in China

Before coming to China, foreigners always think that stuff in china are cheap, especially those cheap “brand” products. So they would tell the guide to take them to those stores and buy some cheap stuff. They don’t care about if it’s real or not; they just enjoy the time bargaining with the sales people. But some people can be really scared by those sellers. The sellers near the Great Wall are the most interesting ones. They yell “1 dollar” while holding some T-shirts to make people think those t-shirts are only 1 dollar each. But when travelers stop by and decide to buy the shirts, they usually end up paying a lot more. There are some 10 RMB t-shirts but the quality is really low. Travelers are stuck by the sellers so they sometimes have to pay for it to avoid trouble. So all tour guides advise travelers not to buy and of those stuff.
