    Day 1 HANOI - Arrival

    * Welcome at the airport and transfer to your selected hotel.
    * Meals on your own.
    * Overnight in Hanoi.

    Day 2 HANOI city (B/L)

    * After breakfast, spend your day taking a tour around the capital and visiting such sites as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside),
    * his former residence,
    * One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda,
    * Temple of Literature,
    * Lunch in a restaurant.
    * In the afternoon, continue to the Museum of Ethnology and end the afternoon with a visit to Hoan Kiem Lake (the Lake of the Restored Sword) and the Ancient Quarter.
    * Early in the evening, enjoy a water puppet show.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Hanoi.

    Day 3 HANOI / HOABINH / MAICHAU (B/L/D) (150km – 3h30)

    * After breakfast, drive to the Thai minority village of MaiChau through Hoa Binh located in the heart of Tonkin.
    * On the way, stop to take beautiful photos.
    * Arrive in Mai Chau and have lunch in a house on stilts of Thai people.
    * Dinner before enjoying a traditional music show.
    * Overnight in a house on stilts.

    Day 4 MAICHAU / HOALU / NINH BINH (B/L/D) (130km – 3h00)

    * After an early breakfast, transfer to Hoa Lu, so-called “Halong Bay on land”.
    * Arrive in Van Lam village and take a small sampan for a spectacular 2-hour cruise through numerous waterways admiring a beautiful rural landscape of limestone cliffs and rice fields to the stunning Tam Coc caves.
    * Lunch in a local restaurant before visiting Dinh and Le dynastic temples.
    * Dinner in a local restaurant.
    * Overnight in Ninh Binh.

    Day 5 NINH BINH / HALONG (B/L/D) (190km – 4h30)

    * After breakfast, transfer by road to the famous Halong Bay. On the way, stop to taste green bean cakes.
    * Arrive around 12h30 and take a junk for a memorable cruise through the mystical Halong Bay.
    * Be delighted with food on board and spend your day admiring one of the natural marvels of Vietnam.
    * Visit islets & natural caves
    * If the weather is nice, enjoy a swim in the cool blue water of the Gulf of Tonkin.
    * Dinner and overnight on the junk.

    Day 6 HALONG / HANOI (B/L) (160km – 3h30)

    * 7h30: Breakfast.
    * Discover Man’s Head Island, Tortoise Island, Luon cave, Bai Tu Long bay, Ton Island and Bai Tho Mountain.
    * 11h00: Enjoy an early lunch on board.
    * 12h00: End of the cruise, return to Hanoi.
    * Arrive in the afternoon and check in hotel.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Hanoi.

    Day 7 HANOI / HUE (B/L) (650km – 1h00 by plane)

    * After breakfast, transfer to the airport to take your morning flight to Hue.
    * When arriving, check in hotel.
    * Have lunch in a local restaurant.
    * In the afternoon, visit the Imperial Citadel and the mausoleum of Emperor Khai Dinh.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Hue.

    Day 8 HUE (B/L)

    * Breakfast at the hotel before taking a boat for a cruise on the gentle Huong River (Perfume River).
    * Visit Thien Mu Pagoda on the river bank and Emperor Minh Mang’s tomb.
    * Lunch in a local restaurant.
    * In the afternoon, visit Dong Ba market.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Hue.

    Day 9 HUE / DANANG / HOI AN (B/L) (100km – 2h30)

    * After breakfast, transfer to Danang through Hai Van Pass and through the picturesque fishing village of Lang Co.
    * When arriving in Dang Nang, visit the Cham Museum and Marble Mountain.
    * Continue to the riverside town of Hoi An, an important trading port during the 17th and 18th centuries officially listed as a World Heritage Site.
    * Lunch in a local restaurant.
    * Check in hotel before taking a walking tour around Hoi An ancient town and exploring its treasures: the Japanese Bridge, PhucKien Pagoda, PhungHung Old Merchant House & Quang Dong Assembly Hall.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Hoi An.

    Day 10 HOI AN / QUI NHON (B/L) (330km – 6h30)

    * After an early breakfast, transfer to Qui Nhon, one of Vietnam’s most dynamic second-string harbors (330 km).
    * On the way, stop in Tam Ky and visit Kuong My & Chien Dan towers.
    * Lunch in a local restaurant.
    * Near Qui Nhon, visit Canh Tien Tower and the silver towers of Banh It.
    * Arrive in Qui Nhon and check in your hotel before taking a tour of the city.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Qui Nhon.

    Day 11 QUI NHON / NHA TRANG (B/L) (230km – 4h30)

    * After breakfast, visit Thap Doi towers and drive to Nha Trang (230 km).
    * Stop at the beautiful Dai Lanh beach before continuing to Nha Trang.
    * When arriving in Nha Trang, lunch in a local restaurant then check in hotel.
    * Take a city tour and visit the Ponagar Cham towers, Hon Chong rocks and Cho Dam market.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Nha Trang.

    Day 12 NHA TRANG (B/L)

    * After breakfast, transfer to Nha Trang’s port for a boat cruise to visit Islands: an aquarium Tri Nguyen.
    * Lunch in a restaurant located on Island before returning to the hotel.
    * The rest of the day is at leisure to relax on the beach or to explore the town on your own.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Nha Trang.

    Day 13 NHA TRANG / DALAT (B/L) (150km – 3h00)

    * After breakfast, transfer to the cool hill station of Dalat.
    * Lunch in a restaurant.
    * Arrive in Dalat and visit Tuyen Lam lake, Truclam pagoda, Emperor Bao Dai's villa, etc.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Dalat.

    Day 14 DA LAT / SAIGON (B/L) (300km – 6h00)

    * After breakfast, continue the tour around the city before driving to Saigon (300 km).
    * On the way, stop in Bao Loc and visit a tea and coffee processing plant.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Saigon.

    Day 15 SAIGON (B/L)

    * After breakfast, spend a full day taking a tour around a busy Saigon
    * Enjoy a tour to Cho Lon and stop at Binh Tay Market
    * Discover the vast sanctuary of Vinh Nghiem Pagoda and a lacquer ware factory.
    * Lunch in a restaurant.
    * In the afternoon, enjoy a tour in the Old Colonial Residential Quarter and discover the old Hotel de Ville, the Opera House, Notre-Dame Cathedral built in the 19th century, the dazzling French-style post office and the Reunification Palace (outside).
    * End the day with a visit to War Remnants Museum.

    * Overnight in Saigon.

    Day 16 SAIGON / CU CHI / SAIGON (B/L)

    * After breakfast, depart to Cu Chi tunnels and visit the incredible underground network built by the Vietcong during the Vietnam war.
    * Lunch in a restaurant.
    * At the beginning of the afternoon, return to Saigon.
    * The rest of the day is at leisure for shopping.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Saigon.

    Day 17 SAIGON / CAI BE / SAIGON (B/L)

    * Morning departure from Ho Chi Minh City and drive to Cai Be, located in the heart of the Mekong Delta.
    * When arriving in Cai Be, take a sampan for a cruise on the Mekong River and its multiple canals.
    * Visit Cai Be floating market, an old colonial house & a rice corn factory and taste local specialties for lunch.
    * In the afternoon, return to Saigon.
    * Dinner on your own.
    * Overnight in Saigon.

    Day 18 SAIGON (B) - the last destination of Vietnam travel

    * Free time for personal visit and shopping until your transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
