Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam, a city in the Northern part of the country. Not as commercialized as Saigon, its counterpart and possibly bigger city in the South, "Hanoi personifies a historic Vietnam", where in the midst of the busy streets and crowded traffics, you will find plenty traces of a ancient Vietnam: pagodas, temples, lakes, and rivers (each of them carries some historic significance in Vietnam History.)

    Detail Itinerary

AM: 8:30 pick up from your hotel, drive to visit Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the Vietnamese great father or uncle Ho, President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt House – where he lived on and off from 1958 to 1969, the next place to move to is One Pillar Pagoda – a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square lake. Leave One Pillar Pagoda and transfer to West Lake, visit Tran Quoc pagoda. Have lunch.

PM: After lunch, you will be transferred to visit the Temple of literature. Continue to visit Museum of Ethnology – the most interesting museum in Hanoi with many different things relating the 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups. After that, you will visit Hoan Kiem lake (Restore Sword Lake). The last place of the tour is taking a walk for few minutes to visit The old quarter of Hanoi. Tour ends at your hotel.

    - Ho Chi Minh mausoleum is closed on Monday, Friday, the whole month of October and November!
