    Day 1: Saigon Arrival (D)
    Arrive in Saigon (Ho Chi Min City). Upon arrival, you will be taken to your hotel. Balance of the day is at leisure. Dinner provided at the hotel.

    Day 2: Saigon (B/D)
    Saigon is the largest city in Vietnam. Today you will visit Central Post Offi ce, Notre Dame Cathedral, and War Remnants Museum. Afternoon is free and dinner will be at a local restaurant.

    Day 3: Saigon - Cu Chi - Tay Ninh (B/L/D)
    Today’s excursion takes you outside of Saigon. First visit is the Cu Chi Tunnels which served as a Vietcong base during the American War because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built this amazing 200 km network of tunnels that was never discovered. After lunch, you visit Tay Ninh (headquarters of one of Vietnam’s native religions, Caodism) and the Caodai Great Temple, one of the most striking structures in all of Asia. Return to Saigon for dinner at Binh Quoi Fishing Village Restaurant.

    Day 4: Saigon - Danang - Hoian (B/L/D)

    This morning, you fly to Danang which has a pleasant year-round climate. Upon arrival, your local guide take you on a tour featuring the Cham Museum (open-air collection of Cham sculpture is the finest in the world), China Beach, and Marble Mountains. After lunch at a local restaurant, you drive south to Hoi An. Enjoy a walking tour including Quan Cong Temple, the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tran Family Chapel, Sa Huynh Museum and more. Check in to your hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant.

    Day 5: Hoi An - Hue (B/L/D)
    En route to Hue, you drive past Lang Co (island-like sand with a crystal clear lagoon on one side and miles of beachfront facing the South China Sea) and the Hai Van Pass. In Hue, you will see the Old Imperial City (modeled after the Forbidden City in Beijing), Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Halls of the Mandarins, Nine Dynastic Urns, the Forbidden Purple City and the Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang with boat trip. Dinner at a local restaurant. Check into your hotel.

    Day 6: Hue - Hanoi (B/L/D)
    This morning, you visit Tu Duc Tomb, tomb of Emperor Tu Duc (the longest reigning Emperor) and Khai Dinh (the last monument of Nguyen dynasty). You drive back to Hue and fly to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will be taken to your hotel. This afternoon, you tour the Old Quarter by cyclo and visit enchanting Hoan Kiem Lake. Dinner at a local restaurant.

    Day 7: Hanoi (B/L/D)
    Today’s touring features Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh’s house, Ho Chi Minh Museum, One Pillar Pagoda (built in 1049 by Emperor Ly Thai Tong) and the Temple of Literature (founded in 1070 by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong, dedicated to Confucius). Finish the day with a Water Puppet Show at the Municipal Water Puppet Theater located on the shore of Hoan Kiem Lake. Dinner at a local restaurant.

    Day 8: Depart Hanoi (B)
    Free until transfer to the airport for flight back home.
